BioI am a computer system administrator and former biologist. I play bass in a 26 year old punk band called Fraebbblarnir (www.fraebbblarnir.com). I have recently started weight training and my emphasis has gradually shifted towards powerlifting. I did Goju Ryu karate for 12 years and am still interested, though my training has lapsed. I also swim and walk for fitness. I read a lot and like to play bridge with friends on occasion.
